Secondly, the bridge between employers and young people is in the time of crisis as now is especially hard and all tools that enables it are more than welcomed.
Life long learning will be top priority for modern jobs in future I think.

Well done!
This looks like a great project and there are similar projects across London where young adults are taking responsibilities for the civic society. I can't agree more that this will help the future generations.

Contact where you can reach us is info@nefiks.net - and indeed, Nefiks is not practical only for youth but also for other generations.
Especially the e-version of it is practical to use and free of charge for everybody on this link: http://enefiks.talentiran.si/ but unfortunatelly only in Slovenian language - for now!

Permalink Reply by Simon Cope on March 3, 2011 at 10:47 Excellent project, interesting to compare this sort of approach with LinkedIn, which a lot of people in the UK are using now, but which I suspect is less appealing to younger people who are just at the start of their careers.
I also like the way in which online and offline complement one another - so e-Nefiks can hold more information and be accessed easily from anywhere; but the Nefiks booklet is a more tangible record of achievement, and no doubt the fact that people write in the booklet directly (using a pen rather than a keyboard!) makes the impression of personal recommendation more powerful.
Another advantage of e-Nefiks is also that it is free - and easily accesable from web-site www.talentiran.si!
Most of young people use e-Nefiks, but there are a lot of them who are using both.
