Boy, that was exhausting. 2 days in a room with 27 other people from across Europe, all passionate about delivering a really effective e-mentoring project.

We have never claimed to be experts in delivering mentoring projects, our strengths lie in our European networks and our understanding of the needs of organisations and how to address them.

Our plan was to use the knowledge, expertise, experience, ideas of our chosen mentors to help develop a process for mentoring that would work online.

The next big job is to fit in everything from our discussions into the work we've already done on the project. Here goes!
